Change the way you view your workout progression!!
This website is designed to allow people using the Concept 2 Online Logbook to track their progress more efficiently.
It allows you to add a workout description and view the fastest one that fits the description.
It allows filtering for single distance, single time, interval distance, and interval time.
For the intervals you get to enter the work distance/time for the interval as well as the rest time per interval and the number of intervals. This
allows you to differentiate between similar workouts because 2x20' 2'r will be listed seperately to 4x10' 1'r despite the
total work and rest times being seen as equal on the c2 logbook.
